I’ve Walked This Path Myself
I am a psychologist, coach, and mentor for executives and professionals who are committed to systematic growth and greater personal effectiveness.
For over 10 years, I have worked in management and people development, helping leaders build strong teams, make well-informed decisions, and achieve results without burning out.
I am an official DISC methodology representative and integrate it with a psychological approach and coaching to uncover individual potential and strengthen leadership skills.
My work is not about giving advice. It is about transforming the way you think, behave, and approach your life.
People come to me for clarity, inner stability, and a strategy for growth — and achieve tangible changes in both their careers and personal lives.
I know this journey from the inside and help you navigate it faster, more deeply, and with greater awareness.

Elevant toas ehk miks mu inimesed minuga ei räägi?
Communication with people is often based on the idea that you should treat others the way you would like to be treated yourself. Kristina’s training completely changed my perspective on this. We are all very different, and the only way to build good and effective communication is to treat people the way they need and expect to be treated. During the training, we explored different personality types in detail and learned how to communicate effectively with each of them. Our entire team completed DISC assessments and took part in discussions together. This gave us a much deeper understanding of one another, as well as insight into how our different personality traits can help us become a stronger team. We also learned how to use these differences more effectively for the benefit of both the team and the company. Another valuable insight was understanding how the behaviour of different personality types can vary depending on the situation or the group they are in. The icing on the cake was Kristina herself — she is an engaging and inspiring trainer. The way she involved participants in discussions and used real-life examples made the learning process especially effective and helped us absorb the new knowledge.

I would definitely recommend Kristina to anyone looking for a coach or trainer! Even if you’re not looking for one right now, I would still recommend her — trust me, having her support can make your life so much easier. Kristina helped me find answers to my questions much faster than I expected. She is incredibly genuine and fun to work with. I always looked forward to our next session because she made me feel as if I were talking to a friend I could completely trust. After every conversation, I had a clear sense of direction and felt motivated, energised, and ready to take action. Her support also helped me a great deal in overcoming my fears. I am confident that Kristina’s professionalism and supportive approach can be incredibly valuable to anyone looking for guidance and direction. Thank you so much for everything!

Kristina is a very driven and determined person, and she is easy to work with. She was my manager for four years and taught me a great deal. Above all, she taught me determination and responsibility. She helped me find my way on many occasions and taught me to acknowledge my mistakes and learn from them. Kristina knows how to find the right approach for each person, which is why I can confidently recommend her services to others.

More than 10 years of leadership experience, numerous professional training programmes and qualifications, two university degrees with a third in progress, various coaching courses, experience as a teacher, driving instructor and lecturer, soon-to-be diving instructor, active traveller and athlete — all of this shows just how versatile Kristina is. Her way of life inspires me, and I believe it inspires others as well. I could write at length about Kristina’s personality, but words would hardly do her justice. So instead, I’d like to share a story that still amazes me. One spring day, Kristina came to me and said she wanted to talk. At the time, I was a team leader and Kristina’s team manager, so my first thought was: “What did I do for Kristina to invite me to a meeting?” As it turned out, I hadn’t done anything wrong — quite the opposite. Kristina had noticed my potential and suggested that I move into a different role. The job title sounded impressive: Project Manager in the service sector. The only problem was that I knew absolutely nothing about the position or its responsibilities. It was a completely blank page for me. I was worried about whether I could actually do it and whether it was the right step for me. But Kristina supported and encouraged me. She told me that I could do it and that she could see me succeeding in this role. Her decision was based on a DISC assessment. Almost two years have passed since that conversation, and there hasn’t been a single day when I regretted my decision. During my most recent development conversation with Kristina, we looked back at that moment and the decision we made. I am incredibly grateful that Kristina recognised my strengths and guided me in a direction where I could grow and develop. Unfortunately — or perhaps fortunately — I don’t have many one-to-one conversations with Kristina, but every time we meet, I walk away with new ideas, projects and opportunities for growth. I’m grateful to Kristina for her support, collaboration and contribution to my development. And thank you to everyone who has read my story all the way to the end. My advice to anyone still reading these final lines is simple: if you want to grow and are looking for a trainer or mentor, go back to the top of the homepage, click the “Register” button, and take that small first step towards success.

I attended several coaching sessions with Kristina. Before my first session, I was a little nervous about how it would go, but everything turned out to be very natural and relaxed, with a friendly atmosphere. We discussed personal topics related to self-fulfilment and motivation. Kristina guided my thoughts through her questions, and during the process, topics came up that I hadn’t even considered before. This gave me the opportunity to reflect on them and work through them later in my life. I highly recommend reaching out to Kristina if you are experiencing challenges in your professional or personal life, need an outside perspective, or are looking for a different approach to solving a problem. Coaching can help you work through many complex issues in creative ways — issues that are often left unresolved or pushed aside for later, even though they can have a significant impact on how you feel and live in the here and now. Thank you for your help, Kristina!
